ABOUT ROYAL RESERVE CAVIAR
Beluga caviar comes from Huso huso, the largest of the sturgeon species and one of the most legendary names in the history of caviar. For centuries, the Caspian Sea and ancient Persia have been inseparable from the culture and heritage of exceptional caviar.
Along the southern shores of the Caspian Sea, Persia developed generations of knowledge and expertise around sturgeon and caviar. Today, this heritage continues in Iran through modern aquaculture, where the environment, water quality, nutrition and time allowed for the fish to mature all play an essential role in the quality of the roe.
For TAK, Iranian Beluga remains the ultimate expression of Beluga caviar. Its exceptionally generous pearls, delicate membrane and remarkable length on the palate create a finesse and complexity that, in our experience, Beluga from other origins has yet to equal.
TAK’s Beluga is sourced directly from our farms in Iran, creating a direct connection with the product from its origin through to the final selection. This relationship with Persia’s caviar heritage, together with the exceptional character of Iranian Beluga, is what makes it the signature caviar of TAK.
